Yoga for a healthy back is a class that focuses on practicing postures in a way that enhances the health of the back and spine. You'll learn to relieve tension in the back body, from the neck to the sacrum.  Join Yoga practitioner Marcella Linn  while she guides you through asana to strengthen your core to support proper alignment of your spine.

A beautiful alliance of relaxing and supportive restorative poses enhanced through touch and mindfulness. Students hold gentle,

supported stretches for up to 10 minutes while a massage therapist massages various muscles groups, allowing for a head to toe

massage in a single class.

Relax and rejuvenate with this Gentle Yoga class which is a breathe centered practice calming the mind and relieving the stress we all experience in our lives. Each class ends with a guided meditation and provides practice with a variety of meditation techniques.
