An all-levels class focusing on alignment, anatomy, and yoga philosophy. Tune in to your body’s natural wisdom in this therapeutic flow. Join certified yoga therapist, Maggie McCuiston, each week to focus on a specific topic while experiencing a full body, mind, and spiritual practice.

Soul Solace

Tuesdays

7pm-8:30pm

Soul Solace is a restorative yoga experience integrating asana, meditation, mudra, mantra/kirtan, and pranayama. This very special offering is for body, mind, and heart/soul. We take yoga beyond asana to create a truly sacred experience that is unique each week. Intuitively guided by Durga Dasi, with many sacred pauses to feel into our bodies and allow movements or stillness in alignment with our personal needs. This allows us to rewire the neuro-pathways in our brains so that we can develop stronger relationships with our own intuition and self care. 

Trauma informed and rooted in the yogic path of Bhakti Yoga, this class offers something for body, mind, and spirit.

Yomassage

A beautiful alliance of relaxing and supportive restorative poses enhanced through touch and mindfulness. Students hold gentle,

supported stretches for up to 10 minutes while a massage therapist massages various muscles groups, allowing for a head to toe

massage in a single class.

Breathe - Move - Meditate

9am-10:15am

Relax and rejuvenate with this Gentle Yoga class which is a breathe centered practice calming the mind and relieving the stress we all experience in our lives. Each class ends with a guided meditation and provides practice with a variety of meditation techniques.

Our INCLUSIVE community affirmatively welcomes ALL genders, sexual orientations, ethnicities, religions, and abilities. All our yoga practitioners are trauma informed. 

FREE 2 HR parking structure available on Pine and Third at 51 W. 3rd st.

We are located on Pine and First on the 3rd floor, across from the Federal.
