In 2000, I began my holistic health journey with an immense belief that our bodies have the innate ability to heal itself, creating harmony within our physical, mental and emotional bodies when given the proper care and nutrients. My massage training opened a whole new world for me and my passion grew.
Influenced by my early career training in Clinical Massage Therapy, Shiatsu, Lymphatic Drainage, and Healing Touch, I combine modalities to offer a personalized experience for each guest. I share healing energy, Aromatherapy and herbal oils to create harmony in body, mind, spirit and senses.
In 2010 I started my exploration of Ayurveda and Yoga, as part of my own personal desire to achieve a deeper understanding of the body and optimal wellness. I went on to complete certifications at Karela Academy of Ayurveda as an Ayurvedic Wellness Practitioner and Panchakarma Specialist. Most recently I traveled to India for advanced training and to immerse myself in the culture and healing of Ayurveda. You can find me leading Ayurvedic detox programs, personalizing Panchakarma retreats and encouraging self-awareness for my rogis and the community.
With more than 20 years experience, my work has become very intuitive. I’m often asked, “How did you know exactly what I needed?" My response is, "Your body tells me and I listen!” I am committed to providing genuine care, helping you to understand your body's needs, and creating a platform from which you can build your personalized health program.
